CIDEM works on the research and development of generic drugs, in different pharmaceutical forms for their subsequent introduction into the industry, following the highest quality standards required by national and international regulatory entities. More than 500 formulations that are part of the Basic Table of Cuban Medicines in correspondence with the main health problems have been transferred to the national industry.
